Minimum Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical-related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
High-level knowledge of HVAC control products and services
Four years of experience in Building Management Systems and digital offerings
Commercial HVAC experience is preferable.
Job Summary
The Aftermarket Sales Manager will lead the Aftermarket Sales and Service department in a wide variety of activities including spare parts product support for national and international customer base.
The Aftermarket Sales Manager must be able to work autonomously, have outstanding communication skills, be detail-oriented, be a problem solver with superior customer service skills, and work constructively with a variety of stakeholders with a tactful, positive approach.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of BMS Systems, Spare Parts, Services, and annual service/maintenance contracts for A/C Systems.
- Provide technical direction, and guidance, in the development and implementation of the BMS Control System Design.
- To research and identify potential customers for services.
- To provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts of parts and labor sales.
- Manage and monitor the receivables.
- Builds and manages long-term customer relationships/partnerships.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Executes the sales process to aid in cultivating and managing long-term relationships
- Obtain and close sales monthly. Seeks to expand the depth of offerings within that account.
- Build partnering relationships with the end users, service providers, and consultants responsible
- for the decision-making process to drive the sales offered by the company.
- Demonstrated technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment.
- Seeks out, targets, and initiates contact with multiple general contractors and consultants.
- Addresses customer’s operational and environmental objectives, needs, and requirements.
- Recommends solutions and links customer objectives to total value solutions and competitive advantage.
- Solicits support from and communicate effectively with internal staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develops relationship with Solution and Systems sales organization to exceed customer’s expectations.
Required Skills & Training Courses
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills both in English and Arabic language
- Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Customer Experience
- Focused, collaborative, and passionate about the execution of projects, and thrives in complex environments.
- Proven experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in the BMS industry.
- Strong understanding of Building Management Systems and their applications.
Work conditions
