Minimum Qualification & Experience
Minimum, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
Not less than five years of work experience in the field of specialty, knowledge in aquatics or light gauge steel (LGS) Business Development
Job Summary
To undertake all assignments pertinent to developing the company’s divisions as far as executing engineering projects are concerned and to achieve the agreed-upon objectives in line with the company’s strategies and vision.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Enhancing and continuously modifying the Pre-Qualification Statement (PQS) documents pertinent to the company.
- Setting long and short-term plans regarding the company’s divisions to achieve the development requirements and to boost the company’s revenue.
- Suggesting which tool is efficient enough to achieve the objectives of the company in terms of business development.
- Coordinating with the other units concerned with marketing through the immediate manager in issues pertinent to completed projects to be included in the company’s scope of experiences.
- Develop a database that includes all the details related to the projects achieved.
- Assisting the technical offers preparation and ensuring that they contain job terms.
- Documenting offers given to other parties and ensuring that they meet all terms and requirements.
- Following up with the parties to which the offers are given and identifying reasons that would prohibit those parties from receiving the projects they took part in.
- Following the tenders in different newspapers and other available means of media and communications.
- Preparing periodic reports related to the units’ performance and presenting them to the MD.
Required Skills & Training Courses
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- The use of relevant computer programs.
