Minimum Qualification & Experience

A Diploma in Civil Engineering/Vocational Training with 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position. Specializing in road and infrastructure projects

Job Summary

Supervising workers and technicians on the site, monitoring workers’ attendance, and

coordinating with the site supervisor for any required resources on the site

 Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Preparing material request orders.
  2. Supervising all workers, technician in the site.
  3. Distributing the work on site worker.
  4. Monitoring all workers attendance and preparing monthly attendance records.
  5. Reporting to the supervisor on daily activities finished.
  6. Coordinating with site supervisor for any required manpower, materials, and equipment.
  7. Following up sites maintenance after the preliminary handing over.
  8. Adhering to quality management system related procedures.
  9. Adhering to the safety requirements of the project.
  10. Handling any other related responsibility as assigned by Site Engineer.
