Minimum Qualification & Experience

Minimum, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Work experience of not less than fifteen years, Specialized in road and infrastructure projects

Previous experience in NEOM projects is added value

Job Summary

To undertake all tasks relevant to applying projects according to their technical specifications and the blueprints pertinent to the project. This will include all aspects related to providing the daily necessary requirements, which include maintenance, following up equipment and resources that are regarded as the bases for productivity.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Receiving orders from the project manager and distributing assignments among workers within the span of control and quality assurance.
  2. Supervising the daily executive work and ensuring that the work is going according to an action plan pertinent to the project.
  3. Providing necessary basic requirements needed to carry out the project technically; this includes different tools and equipment after the coordination with procurement in this regard.
  4. Preparing periodic reports concerning the executive aspect of the project to be presented to the project manager; this includes any obstacle that the project might face to overcome it and find the suggested solution for the problem.
  5. Verifying the availability of the blueprints and its consistency with the project and the budget proposed for it.
  6. Coordinating with other units in respect to quality control and assurance as well as administrative and financial aspects.
  7. Coordinating with all other subcontractors on all work’s progress.

Required Skills & Training Courses

  1. Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  2. The use of relevant computer programs.
  3. PMP certified is added it value.
