Minimum Qualification & Experience

Minimum, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Work experience of not less than twenty years, Specialized in road and infrastructure projects

Previous experience in NEOM projects is added value

Job Summary

To supervise the project’s requirements and the basis of implementation and to ensure that the workflow is going as planned.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Preparing periodic reports concerning the development of the project under construction to be presented to both the COO and the director/projects.
  2. Ensuring that the company’s policies regarding safety are being applied.

Directly supervising all financial procedures including the issuing of bills and accounting documents accordingly.

  • Supervise the project within the scope of control by referring to the project’s action plan and ensuring the availability of all necessary resources to carry out the implementation of the project.
  • Supervising the engineering and technician work according to the blueprints of the project and ensuring that the implementation of the project is consistent with those blueprints and sketches.
  • Supervising all procedural aspects of the project pertinent to the procurement of material, equipment, tools and others and ensuring that this procedure goes in line with the company’s policy.
  • supervising the bases of planning pertinent to the project and determining the estimated budget in coordination with the operations support.
  • Supervising the project’s overall performance.
  • Ensuring engineering integrity, delivery on time, budget, and quality.
  • Ensuring proper communication between project parties.
  • Preparing and following up on the planning, work program, and the progress on site.
  • Making sure the required resources are allocated to perform the construction tasks.
  • Controlling the execution of works and making sure that work is performed as per contract specifications and standards.
  • Preparing estimated budget as well as cash flow for the project.
  • Supervising all technical issues related to the project and preparing the necessary procedures and statements for proceeding actual execution on site.
  • Meeting all subcontractors and suppliers to discuss all related details and issues.
  • Supervising all construction drawing and comparing them with all tenders documents and specifications.
  • Dealing and coordinating with all concerned official bodies in terms of road diversions and other related onsite technical requirements.

Required Skills & Training Courses

  1. Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  2. The use of relevant computer programs.
  3. PMP certification is big advantage
